If you only know the author, you can also do an author search. It will give you the reading level whether it's geared for low, middle or upper grades and also give you the number of words in the book. It depends on the age of the book. Many of the books I read are old enough that no one has a cover picture mainly because there wasn't one when it was published. Tawny would be one that wouldn't have a picture of the cover because it was a plain brown cover. I'll add the picture to this one though. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can’t.
